I see my surgeon on Monday and I currently have lapband, which has not worked for me even though I have followed the rules. Exercise has been hard because of chronic rheumaoid arthritis pain and fibromylagia. I am currently on pain meds and increasing my exercise level…thank goodness…lol When I see my surgeon Monday I am asking him about getting GB. advice for diet
Look at my diet so far, make sure it is enough or too much I am 7 days post op (1) 1/4 egg beaters with pinch of shreaded cheese, spray butter (2) SF jello pudding with 10 grams of protein powder (3) 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes (4) 1/4 egg beater (same as above) lots of SF drink mix in water and SF popcilcles
