I had a bad day today. Nothing bad happened at work, nothing bad happened at all, I just ate like a pig from the time I got home from work up until now. I’m not going to attempt to describe how my stomach feels right now, nor am I going to attempt to figure out how many calories I’ve consumed tonight. I feel weak. If I look back over my posts on this blog, I see that I have almost as many weak days as strong days.
